Released in 2023, Delusions is the third full-length studio album from Vacherie, Louisiana hard rock band THEM GUYS. Following All A Dream and Insomnious, the record marked another major evolution in the band's sound, combining crushing riffs, melodic hooks and the Southern Louisiana grit that has become part of the THEM GUYS identity.
Produced by Ross Johnson, Delusions delivers eight tracks of hard-hitting modern rock, including "I'm Home," "Only Drug I Need," "Push Away," "Sick of Misery," and the title track "Delusions." The album moves between heavy, riff-driven aggression and melodic songwriting while showing a band increasingly comfortable carving out its own sound.
And the record didn't just connect with fans.

In October 2024, THEM GUYS took home Rock Album of the Year at the 10th Annual Josie Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee, giving Delusions a special place in the band's history.
